Fire Reports

Report requests may be one of the following methods:

  Written requests should include the date of incident and address where incident occurred. A self-addressed, stamped envelope is appreciated.

  Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm at above address

Report requests are $12.00 per report. The charge for pictures is the cost for duplicates. Incidents under investigation may not be available for release until the investigation is completed. Turn around time for report requests is approximately 1 to 2 weeks from date of receipt.

Patient Reports (EMS)

Patient reports are only available to the patient, or patient’s guardian and must have a signed medical release or proof of guardianship.
