Strategic Business Plan
Much of Clackamas Fire District #1's success can be attributed to our commitment to common goals shared by all fire district members. These goals are outlined in our Strategic Business Plan. Clackamas Fire District #1 has been guided by a strategic plan for over ten years now, and we have recently completed an update to guide us in the future.
The process we used was as inclusive as possible, with input from members of our communities via survey and a focus group meeting, from our Board of Directors during special work sessions devoted to the plan, and from our employees via interviews and a two-day workshop.
At the outset of this process, Fire Chief Kirchhofer stated that this plan will be intended to be a "living document" and, as such, will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the directions we are taking to remain the BEST emergency service providers we can be, as well as “Your Friend for Life”
